Nerding Out in Business

A Presentation, Examples of Nerding Out & Some Announcements

In this broadcast replay, I provide some information about nerding out in business or aligning personal identity and interests with business success, based on my Substack post "What Do You Nerd Out About?"

In this broadcast, I emphasized the importance of finding motivation and purpose in work, understanding personality in business, and setting boundaries. I shared my experiences and insights, highlighting the value of networking and learning from others.

I described how my personal interests influence my work and encouraged listeners to find joy and alignment in their own careers. I stressed that self-care isn't just about being more organized or setting better boundaries. For me, self-care includes activities that align with my personality and interests, like “nerding out” about something. In my coaching, I help people get excited about their businesses, making the work enjoyable and finding what they ‘nerd out’ about.
